Hello, and thank you for your interest in Cordian Specialist Care.
I'm Jonathan Webb, Managing Director and CQC Registered Manager. With over 25 years of experience in healthcare—particularly home care, live-in care, supported living, and complex care—I’m proud to lead a service that puts dignity, inclusion, and respect at the heart of everything we do.
We are committed to delivering hospital-quality care in the comfort of your own home, through outstanding service and clinical excellence.
Who We Are
Cordian Specialist Care is a UK-based provider of nurse-led, multi-disciplinary complex care, supporting individuals with long-term, chronic, or life-limiting conditions at home. We also deliver support for those with mental health conditions and learning disabilities, often alongside physical health needs.
We are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and operate under the Regulated Activity of Treatment of Disease, Disorder, or Injury (TDDI).
